Experienced in almost every phase of the investment business, Rod became an early proponent and leader in “growth investing.”  He founded Cameron Associates in 1976 to provide public companies with active stock marketing programs in a changing investment environment.  Rod is the pioneer of a number of new concepts in the field of investor relations; he introduced measurable goals for clients such as improved trading volume, the right mix of buy-side and sell-side distribution, relative value appreciation and non-underwriter investment recommendations.  Prior to founding Cameron,  Rod sponsored and helped to finance companies and new industries for nearly 20 years with Kidder Peabody and Bear Stearns.  Rod received a B.A. in English from Wesleyan University and earned an M.B.A. in Finance from Wharton.

Lester is a Wall Street veteran with decades of experience in all facets of the micro and mid-cap equity markets.  During his career he has been instrumental in financing many companies both privately and publicly.  Lester truly understands the needs of a company looking for recognition in the public marketplace.  Prior to joining Cameron, he spent 38 years in the investment banking and brokerage business, including a 17 year tenure as CEO of Rosenkrantz Lyon & Ross, Incorporated, a NYSE-member firm.  As a banker, Lester garnered in-depth experience in representing companies and their management as they interacted with their boards of directors, investment bankers, syndicate managers, analysts, retail and institutional brokers, as well as attorneys and accountants.  Lester graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Business Administration. He is the author of the following articles, which have appeared in ValueRich Magazine: "What Makes a Good Company.GREAT?" and "Don't Forget the 'Public' in Public Company."

Kevin’s extensive expertise in the investment business is the foundation upon which he directs investor relations programs for emerging companies.  Previously, Kevin was a general partner for six years at Emerald Advisors, an independent money management firm, where he raised capital for the fund, evaluated all equity investment opportunities, and built strong relationships with senior management of companies where the fund was an investor. Prior to Emerald Advisors, Kevin was a financial consultant with Shearson Lehman Brothers and The Bear Stearns Companies Inc. in New York.  He began his career at the Parke-Davis division of Warner Lambert as a pharmaceutical representative, and spent three years in the healthcare industry.  Kevin is a graduate of Denison University of Ohio with a B.A. in Economics.

Ray advises Cameron’s clients with respect to the dynamics in the capital markets and the investors who follow them.  His extensive background in sales, marketing, financial analysis and capital markets comes from the 19 years he spent with top Wall Street firms in New York City, including Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB), First Manhattan Corporation and Neuberger Berman. While at these firms, Ray held various positions, including Vice President,  Equity Syndicate Manager, and Director of Sales and Marketing for Prime Brokerage and Correspondent Clearing.  In 2002, he received the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from the Association of Investment Management and Research (AIMR), now known as the CFA Institute.  He holds a B.A. in Economics from Stony Brook University and an M.B.A. from Fordham University.

Deanne has spent over 14 years creating and executing financial media programs for public companies and those with an interest in going public. Having worked almost exclusively with investor relations teams, Deanne understands the process of taking a company's investment appeals, milestones, and upcoming news pegs and turning them into coverage in the business financial press. Deanne's strong writing expertise, capacity to understand technical or complex issues, and "story sense," help her craft the angles that appeal to reporters. Her skills help to build the relationships that keep the exchange between management and key business reporters open and ongoing. Prior to working with Cameron, Deanne has held senior level executive positions with leading New York based media relations and investor relations firms. She began her career working for Louis Kelso, the inventor of the ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan). Deanne has a B. A. from Whitman College in Political Science and Religion and an M.A. from The Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies.

Amy has over 12 years of "Wall Street" and Investor Relations experience.  She recently joined Cameron Associates from Standard & Poor's Equity Research Services where she was a Senior Industry Analyst focusing on the Consumer Discretionary Sector.  Prior to that she spent several years with Financial Relations Board (FRB) where she managed client relationships and advised senior management in all aspects of financial communications.  Amy also spent six years with SG Cowen Asset Management, most recently as a buy-side equity analyst.  Amy holds an M.B.A from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business of New York University and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Vermont.  Amy also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Paul has more than 20 years of experience as a senior communications executive and consultant.  His expertise lies in managing the achievement of significant investor and public relations milestones, including financial and organizational restructurings, sudden changes in company leadership or strategic direction, and crisis communications.  Most recently, he was a managing partner with The Torrenzano Group, a strategic communications firm in New York City, where he created and executed a major IR program for American Stock Exchange.  He has directed investor relations programs with Financial Relations Board, and has served as senior vice president of corporate relations at OMI Corp., a New York-based bulk-shipping company.  Before starting his career in communications with Wang Laboratories, Paul was an English teacher and department chairman.  He has a B.A. in English from Saint Francis College, and a M.S. from Hofstra University.

John's approach to advising clients is formulated by 23 years of Wall Street and Investor Relations experience. Most recently, he spent 10 years with Financial Relations Board (FRB), where he was a partner handling pre-IPO consulting, post-IPO message development, institutional targeting and market research for clients in a variety of industries.  Prior to FRB, John spent 12 years with Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. as a financial advisor to high net-worth clients.  He also worked on the floor of the American Stock Exchange for the specialist firm Speer Leeds & Kellogg.  John received his B.A. in Classics from Holy Cross College and is a member of the national and local chapters of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI).

Dick brings a wealth of experience in the small and micro-cap markets to the Cameron Associates bench.  Prior to his arrival at Cameron Associates Dick was a senior executive in the investment banking and corporate finance departments of Faherty & Swartwood, Janney Montgomery Scott, and Swartwood, Hesse, Inc.  He has been involved in public offerings, private placements, and other corporate finance related activities for micro and small-cap companies for almost two decades.  He spent the first 15 years of his career with The Prudential Insurance Company of America, specializing in long term financing for small and medium-sized companies, rising to the position of Senior Analyst and Portfolio Manager.  He is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Economics.

Al brings a consultative, comprehensive approach to assisting clients with the development and delivery of their corporate messaging to Wall Street.  He has complete familiarity with all levels of corporate communications: investor relations, public and media relations, as well as internal and crisis communications. Most recently he was the Vice President of Corporate Communications and Investor Relations for the oldest medical imaging company in the U.S.  In addition, Al has coordinated activities relating to the development and production of collateral communications materials, and has overseen the management of a company's branding process.  Al began his career 15 years ago with HSBC (Canada), and was the chief financial columnist for Vancouver’s Equity Magazine. He attended the University of Calgary and completed his education at the University of British Columbia.

Alison has over 16 years of Wall Street experience, having worked in both the investor relations and equity research industries.  In combination with her solid writing and consulting skills, Alison’s equity research experience provides an excellent background for communicating a company’s investment merits.  Prior to joining Cameron, she spent eight years with Financial Relations Board (FRB), an investor relations agency, where she managed client relationships and advised senior management in all aspects of financial communications.  Alison also spent seven years with J. & W. Seligman, an investment management company, as an equity analyst and assistant portfolio manager and a year with Train Smith Counsel.  She holds a B.A. in Economics and Finance from Lafayette College and a M.B.A in Finance from Fordham University.  Alison is a member of the national and local chapters of the National Institute of Investor Relations (NIRI).

Devin came to Cameron Associates in October 2005 after receiving her B.A. from Tufts University. In close conjunction with the firm's account executives Devin plays an instrumental role in the successful analysis, strategic planning, and execution of significant investor relations activities. She is active in the targeting of key investor contacts, the communication of critical corporate information, and all logistics surrounding client/investor communiqués. She is currently pursuing her M.B.A. at the Leonard N. Stern School of Business of New York University.
